  • Disclose all terms, fees, and refund policies to customers.
  • Ensure all listed products comply with regional laws.
  • Refrain from deceptive or manipulative advertising.

🚨 Prohibited Business Conduct Includes: 🚫 Selling restricted or illegal vape/hemp products.
🚫 Engaging in misleading sales tactics or bait-and-switch practices.
🚫 Using false product claims to boost sales.
🚫 Creating fake accounts to manipulate rankings or reviews.
🚫 Ignoring customer disputes or refusing lawful refunds.


3️⃣ Review & Feedback Guidelines

✅ Reviews must be based on genuine experiences.
✅ Businesses may respond to reviews
professionally and respectfully.
✅ Users and businesses
may not offer incentives for positive reviews.

🚨 Prohibited Review Manipulation Includes:

🚫 Posting fake reviews (positive or negative).
🚫 Paying users to leave reviews.
🚫 Deleting or hiding legitimate negative feedback.
🚫 Harassing or retaliating against users for leaving negative reviews.


4️⃣ Dispute Resolution & Conflict Management

✅ Businesses and users should attempt to resolve disputes directly.
✅ Vape Shop Maps is
not responsible for resolving user-to-business disputes but may take action against policy violations.
✅ Users can report disputes or fraudulent activity via
vapeshopmaps@gmail.com.

🚨 Violations may result in:

Warnings, content removal, or temporary suspension.
Permanent bans for repeated or serious violations.
Legal action in cases of fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.


5️⃣ Content Posting & Advertising Guidelines

✅ Businesses and users must ensure that all content is legal, respectful, and accurate.
✅ Advertising must comply with our

🚨 Prohibited Content Includes: 🚫 False or exaggerated claims about vape products.
🚫 Promotion of illegal, banned, or unverified products.
🚫 Graphic, offensive, or NSFW material.

✅ Vape Shop Maps reserves the right to remove content, suspend accounts, or ban users/businesses violating these guidelines.
✅ Repeat offenders may be permanently
banned from the platform.
✅ Serious violations, such as
fraud, illegal product sales, or harassment, may result in legal action.
